Customized Exercise Programs

Ten workouts for $250
Package includes free consultation, one in person or virtual personal training session, on-going informal assessment, programming for each work-out provided in a written format suited to your changing needs and available equipment. There are 15-minute check-in meetings via text, phone, or video conference.

Personal Training

Ten sessions for $450
Virtual, in-person, or a combination of the two. Includes free consultation, on-going informal assessment, programming for each session suited to your changing needs & equipment availability. The trainer will also provide real-time coaching, form check, and feedback throughout your workout.

Booty School

Move over mirror muscles…2021 is the year to build a backside that just won’t quit!
 
Booty School is open to women of all ages and fitness levels that would like to focus on developing muscles of the posterior chain – glutes, hamstrings, core, back & shoulders.
 
Delivered in a circuit training format, Booty School will improve your posture, accelerate your metabolism and strengthen your body for functional movement and athletic endeavors.
 
Booty School utilizes kettlebell, suspension trainer, barbell, cable, pendulum and glute & ham developer exercises to build those strong curves!

 

This program will have them saying, “I hate it when you leave, but I love to watch you go.”
 
Ongoing Class – 8:30 AM Saturdays 
 
$8 / class – Lifeforce Fitness Members
$5 / class – Current Strength Camp Members

Jessica Portrait

Jessica is an avid fitness enthusiast and 2020 graduate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer program. For over 20 years Jessica has explored all kinds of modalities including step aerobics, Jazzercise, Zumba, yoga, bootcamp, running, cycling, resistance training and most recently, bodybuilding. She has tried almost everything and loves it all!

Jessica has related experience in the field of education, having worked as a high school  & middle school Spanish teacher for 8 years and as an Adult Basic Education teacher & coordinator for 5 years. These experiences have provided incredible insight and understanding of human motivation and how to help others move past their barriers, including those with incredible limitations. Jessica holds a Masters in Education and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.

If you are looking for an energetic coach that can help you get your act together and develop a mindset that will allow you to incorporate an exercise routine and proper nutrition into your daily life, you should definitely give Jessica a call.

Anyone else reading this? I’m opening my mind to the various reasons for participating in strength-based exercise programs and learning a whole lot from this lady! 

It can be so discouraging to find motivation to participate in something that is so closely associated with negative diet culture. As an athlete, my goals are much different from @meg.boggs but I really appreciate her mindset of respecting and honoring her body.

Whether you are chasing a perfect physique, better health or just feeling stronger and in control, strength training is for you. You do not have to diet down to 10 percent body fat, dedicate 15 hours a week to lifting and cardio or eat perfectly all the time to benefit.

Meg is right. Fitness is for every body and whatever your reasons, I’m here for you!
