Customized Exercise Programs
Ten workouts for $200.
Package includes free consultation, on-going informal assessment, programming for each work-out provided in a written format suited to your changing needs and available equipment. There are 15-minute check-in meetings via text, phone, or video conference.
Personal Training
Ten sessions for $450
Virtual, in-person, or a combination of the two. Includes free consultation, on-going informal assessment, programming for each session suited to your changing needs & equipment availability. The trainer will also provide real-time coaching, form check, and feedback throughout your workout.

JESSICA
HELLENBRAND

Jessica is an avid fitness enthusiast and 2020 graduate of the National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer program. For over 20 years Jessica has explored all kinds of modalities including step aerobics, Jazzercise, Zumba, yoga, bootcamp, running, cycling, resistance training and most recently, bodybuilding. She has tried almost everything and loves it all!
Jessica has related experience in the field of education, having worked as a high school & middle school Spanish teacher for 8 years and as an Adult Basic Education teacher & coordinator for 5 years. These experiences have provided incredible insight and understanding of human motivation and how to help others move past their barriers, including those with incredible limitations. Jessica holds a Masters in Education and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University.

It’s been a busy morning filled with kid stuff, errands and training.
I’ve found the best way to keep my nutrition on point on days like this is to rely on some help from my heated lunch box. Before I left the house I just placed some prepped chicken and Tuscan kale and quinoa mix from Costco in a glass container inside my hot logic mini, plugged it in and set off to conquer the morning.
You can leave the food inside for 1-4 hours and it won’t dry out. It will also plug into your car’s auxiliary power outlet with the right adapter.
As life begins to get more normal for everyone, we will increasingly find ourselves away from the kitchen and at the mercy of whatever is available to eat when we are out. The heated lunch box is a great tool for sticking to your plan and avoiding those low energy moments that cause us to grab anything when we’re feeling super hungry.
P.S. What is pictured supports about half of my energy needs for this time of day. I’m having some string cheese and a salad too…and in 2 hours, another small meal.
